The Farm Chicks Fair

Better Man Beard will make an appearance at the Farm Chicks Fair on June 1 & 2 this year, in Spokane, Washington. That’s right! It may be a fair celebrating the products of chicks, but since Better Man Beard is so devoted to providing folks with quality products made from the good stuff of the earth, we’ll fit right in.

As the Farm Chicks website tells it:

There’s no better way to kick off the start of summer than at The Farm Chicks Vintage & Handmade Fair! And what could be more fun than a summer beach theme for this best weekend of the year? We’re pulling together our freshest ideas, best vintage finds and handmade goods, and gathering at the Spokane, Washington Fairgrounds…where you can shop from hundreds of spaces set up like little shops created by gatherers, makers, and curated collectors.

Going strong since 2002, this fair draws folks not only regionally, but from across the nation. Meant originally to be “a fun and happy little event,” this is now a booming festival that takes over a full fairground, and Better Man Beard is proud to take part, touting our wares to those arriving from near and far.

As you’ll see while perusing the rest of our website, Better Man Beard uses 100% organic and natural ingredients, including the best essential oils in our beard care products. Taking a look at our balms and oils, you’ll find a plethora of skin-friendly, environmentally-mindful ingredients, such as:

  • organic coconut oil
  • jojoba oil
  • grapeseed oil
  • shea butter
  • beeswax

Going to events like this helps us promote goodness that goes down the very roots of your facial hair, and brings natural freshness like spruce, rosemary and lavender: yes even the florals are for the dudes, not just for chicks, just like this fair.

Even our beard combs are made with 100% sandalwood, which gently prevents static build-up, tangles, and snags while delighting your olfactory senses with its subtle smokiness.

Compare that to cheap plastic combs, which can irritate hair follicles, distribute oils unevenly, and cause static electricity to build up.

So, if you are going to be anywhere near Spokane this weekend, check us out, along with all the other quality makers who will be alongside us.
