The Late Summer/Early Fall Activity Guide 2018

Better Man Beard Best Summer Ever

You’ve got to get out of the house. The summer heat is no excuse to stay cooped up indoors all day. You have to get some fresh air starting right now. It’s ok. I’ll wait...That’s better now, isn’t it? Well, if you’re looking for something truly fun to do this summer to early fall, we’ve gathered some great events and activities going on in and around Boise that you won’t want to miss. Trust me. They’re worth leaving the cool embrace of your home’s air conditioning. Just don’t forget to bring the sunscreen.
Better Man Beard Best Donuts in Boise
Donuts and Tales
Honestly, what’s better than fresh donuts? Nothing. Now, this event is really just gilding the lily, but that’s exactly what an activity guide should be all about, right? Head on out to Guru Donuts (928 W Main St #100 Boise, ID 83702) every Tuesday morning this summer at 10 am to join the fine folks at Rediscovered Bookshop for donuts and stories read aloud for adults and kids of all ages. Bring the family and enjoy some great books and fresh donuts. We recommend the Drumstick and the Paul Bunyan. (We gotta go with the bearded guy, right!?) More info here.
