If at any time, within 180 days of your most recent order, if you are dissatisfied with the product, contact our customer service team using our contact form at https://www.bettermanbeard.com/contact/ to request your refund. Product refunds are limited to a maximum of the purchase price of your most recent shipment, less shipping, handling, and priority processing fees.

To receive a full refund you must return the entire order including both opened and unopened product.

If the order is partially returned we reserve the right to refund proportionally. In order to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible we immediately transmit your order to our fulfillment center, therefore, we cannot change or change or cancel orders once placed on our website.
