Jan. 30th 2019: The Buy Idaho 26th Annual Capitol Show

When: January 30, 2019
What Time: 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Where: Idaho State Capitol Rotunda

The Buy Idaho Capitol Show held annually in the state Capitol. The show is held during the legislative season providing an opportunity for networking business to business, with elected officials, and thousands of visitors. Buy Idaho has been given the privilege to host this event on three floors of the rotunda for over 20 years. The Buy Idaho Annual Meeting and Trade Show is held each October. The event celebrates the anniversary of Buy Idaho with trade show vendors followed by a program and inspirational keynote speaker.


Feb. 2nd-5th 2019. The Seattle Gift Show

The Seattle Gift Show returns February 2-5, 2019 to the Washington State Convention Center bringing a versatile selection of locally-made products built around the Pacific Northwest lifestyle. From breaking design and color trends to emerging artisans, the return of the Urban Craft Uprising Pavilion, regional gourmet specialties and top name lines – the region’s retailers will benefit from the expanded selection of locally crafted products and unique regional resources to help their stores stand out.

Further strengthening the show floor offerings, the Seattle Gift Show temporary exhibits come together with the permanent showrooms at the Seattle Mart to co-host Seattle Market Week, running January 30- February 5, 2019.

“We know buyers in the Pacific Northwest are coming to the Seattle Gift Show to find those unique, new designs that can help differentiate their business. We’ve continued to fine-tune the show’s selection of locally-crafted products across all categories to infuse new and different designs that are custom-tailored to the Pacific Northwest retailer’s needs,” explains Lisa Glosson, vice president of Gift & Souvenir, Clarion UX.


June 1st and 2nd. The Farm Chicks in Spokane, WA.

Stay-at-home mom, Serena Thompson, dreamed of creating a fun and happy little event to sell her vintage and handmade goods. In 2002, she and some friends held the first sale in her neighbor’s barn. The sale became wildly popular and began attracting visitors from across the country and recognition in national magazines. Today the event fills the Spokane County Fairgrounds and features hundreds of creatively and carefully curated spaces filled with vintage and handmade goods. Many describe it as a bucket list event, magical, inspirational, and the best vintage & handmade fair in the country. Serena describes it as the happiest on earth.

The Farm Chicks Fair is held the first full weekend of June each year in Spokane, Washington.

Show Location: Spokane County Fair and Expo Center, 404 N. Havana Street, Spokane Valley, Washington. The fair is all indoors.

From West Spokane / Spokane Airport / Seattle 
Take Exit 283B (Thor-Freya). Turn left on Havana Street, continue north to the corner of Broadway Avenue and Havana Street. 
From Spokane Valley / Idaho 

Take Exit 286 (Broadway Avenue). Turn right on Broadway Avenue, continue west to the corner of Broadway Avenue and Havana Street.

Parking:  Free. Many handicapped spaces are available.  Please note: There is unlimited general parking available at the fairgrounds. Parking attendants will direct you to the best available parking spaces.

Admission:  $8 per day, or $10 for the weekend pass. Tickets are available for purchase on Friday, May 31, from 3-5pm at the Spokane Fairgrounds ticket windows and throughout the operating hours of The Farm Chicks Fair, June 2 and 3.
