What Is In Natty Musk?

“Natty Musk,” much like the beloved “Franky T” is a playful and bold scent that will supercharge your mood and have you feeling confident and powerful after every application. What is the new scent ingredient combination? We thought you’d never ask! Natty Musk is a bold and whimsical combination of Ylang Ylang, Patchouli, and Vetiver aromatics. It is very masculine and unique yet at the same time very familiar smelling, like a combination of rich Italian leather mixed with hints of James Bond’s cologne. Wearing it, you would feel at home darting around the curves and slopes of The Autobahn at top speed in a top-down roadster or in a high-pressure business atop a New York skyscraper. Are you on a secret mission or just trying to set a personal speed record? It doesn’t matter. All that matters is the rush you get as you press the gas pedal to the floor as the wind whips through your beard.

A Beard Balm By Any Other Name? What Is In A Name Like “Natty Musk”?

We mentioned that Natty Musk is playful. It really is! “Natty” has several deeper meanings that it can and will convey. It is at first a play on the popular beer drink, “Natty Light” which is short for Natural Light a light lager beer brewed by Anheuser-Busch that is popular with college age drinkers and comes in large cases of 30 or more. In many ways, it is a party in a box for a reasonable price, which could apply to both the beer and the beard balm.

Natty also has other meanings that we wanted to bring forth like, as an adjective it can mean marked by up-to-dateness in dress and manners with synonyms along the lines of: dapper, dashing, jaunty, raffish, rakish, snappy, and spiffy. According to Better Man Beard founder Justin Thomas: “I would call this the sexiest scent we have! It is subtle like our other scents, but the scent lasts a little longer. I would think of it as a subtle cologne that makes your beard better.” Having tried the new balm myself, this author could not agree more! So, why wait?
